Module Overview

This module enables students apply the consultation process to assess a patient’s health care needs and identify a plan for their care. Students will be equipped to undertake a physical examination of the patient/client across the body systems and use their findings to develop a differential diagnosis.

Provide students with the knowledge skills and understanding to undertake a safe patient consultation, including history taking, physical examination and clinical reasoning, within their identified scope of practice
