Module Overview
This module enables students apply the consultation process to assess a patients health care needs and identify a plan for their care. Students will be equipped to undertake a health assessment of the patient/client across the body systems and use their findings to develop a differential diagnosis.

Thus, the summative assessment for this module consists of: OSCE (15 minutes) (40%) Case Study (60%) Clinical log- 5 body systems (Pass/fail) Formative assessment Case study Clinical log Formative OSCEs Feedback Discussion board on surrey learn Tutorial feedback on case study and log Peer feedback on the development of the students health assessment skills Tutor feedback on the development of the students health assessment skills Please note that any evidence of unsafe practice or breach of confidentiality will result in an automatic refer for the module.

- To enable the learner to develop comprehensive knowledge and understanding of health assessment from a multi professional and interagency perspectives across health and social care domains
