Educational aims of the programme
- The PG Diploma will enable suitably qualified Health and Social Care Professionals to develop their leadership and change management knowledge and skills in order to contribute to the continuous development of education provision within their learning and teaching environment. Teachers will be facilitated to evaluate the evidence base underpinning teaching practice and identify areas that would benefit from further research and develop the knowledge and skills in order to audit learning and teaching activities and the learning environment and facilitate necessary change.

Part-time
This programme is studied part-time over 48 months, consisting of 120 credits at FHEQ level 7. All modules are worth 15 credits with the exception of project, practice based and dissertation modules.
